Requirements

  • 14 years or older
  • No prerequisites
  • Must be physically able to perform CPR on the ground for 2 minutes
  • Internet access and mobile device required for online learning

Certification

  • You’ll receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion
  • Valid for 12 months

Express Course

  • Up To 1 Hr In-Person + Online Theory
  • Ideal for those with prior experience or who prefer flexible learning.
  • Complete the eLearning component before your practical session.
  • Great for workplaces or busy professionals.

I was very nervous about completing the forklift certification course. The theory exam, in particular, was a huge burden. However, thanks to the instructor's extensive knowledge and experience, I was able to prepare well for the exam. The practical training and assessment were also guided professionally. I believe this will be of great help when I return to work, as I will be able to remember what I learned in the lectures and practice sessions.

I was required to get my forklift licence for work. I found Perform Training through a friend who had also used them for their licence. I had Mike as my instructor and he was very thorough throughout the whole process. He was encouraging, patient and made the course information both relevant and interesting. I would highly recommend both Michael and Perform Training if you are considering/required to get your forklift licence.
