Requirements

  • 14 years or older
  • No prerequisites
  • Must be physically able to perform CPR on the ground for 2 minutes
  • Internet access and mobile device required for online learning

Certification

  • You’ll receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion
  • Valid for 12 months

Express Course

  • Up To 1 Hr In-Person + Online Theory
  • Ideal for those with prior experience or who prefer flexible learning.
  • Complete the eLearning component before your practical session.
  • Great for workplaces or busy professionals.

Standard Course

  • Up To 2.5 Hrs In-Person
  • No online component required.
  • Instructor-led in a supportive, group environment.
  • Perfect if you prefer hands-on, guided learning from start to finish.
