Requirements

  • No prerequisites
  • Must be physically able to perform CPR on the ground for 2 minutes
  • Internet access and mobile device required for online learning
  • Refresher training should be quicker due to prior knowledge and skills.

Certification

  • You’ll receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion
  • Valid for 3 years (CPR component annually)

Express Course

  • Up To 4 Hrs In-Person + Online Theory
  • Ideal for those with prior experience or who prefer flexible learning.
  • Complete the eLearning component before your practical session.

Standard Course

  • Up To 8 Hrs In-Person
  • Instructor-led in a supportive, group environment.
  • Best for learners who prefer traditional classroom delivery.
